Service Certainty Ltd is a new and Independent name to the Supply management arena, formed by some of the most experienced and successful individuals in Network and Supplier Management. The team have developed a range of services to facilitate the relationship between the Insurance market and its Clients. Our first product to launch is imageproof, a service designed to deliver high quality images of any asset, quickly to the Insurer, other business or individual.

We have developed a bespoke web-based software platform which is designed to accept instructions from business or retail customers and refer assignments to the most appropriate Service Certainty imageproof photographer. The assignment will be flagged with the required completion time and our software will manage the image filing, storage, client access and billing. We conservatively estimate that of 30 million households, 30 million vehicles and 5 million motor claims, there are 16 million imaging opportunities in the UK every year. A modest penetration of this market will create sufficient assignments to boost business for hundreds of Service Certainty imageproof photographers.
In addition to the Insurance market, there are further business and retail opportunities which we have identified as complementary to this service. Also, further to directed assignments, we are building a trusted national brand which will enable us to attract referrals for your existing specialist photography business.

We require a minimum level of equipment for photographers, who must have their own vehicle, insured for business use and Professional and Third party liability cover. imageproof photographers will need to submit to a CRB check and carry a current photo identity badge on assignments. There is an initial fee to become a member of the network and you will be provided with a branded photo ID and new joiner kit. Stylish branded quality work wear is also available.
